There are different systems for laser hair removal. I want to get you familiar with two of them. The fist laser hair removal system is the GentleLASE™. It is appropriate for Caucasians (skin types 2 through 4). Its spot sizes vary from 18 to 8 millimetres and it smoothly removes unwanted hair with no damage to your skin. You can get a session done in your lunch break and you can go back to work after that (without looking like you were stuck in a tanning booth for a half an hour). The second laser hair removal system is Cutera CoolGlide Excell. This is the system that you’ll be using if your skin is darker (naturally or tanned). It is for skin types 4 through 6. This system is approved by the FDA and is what every dark skinned person has been waiting for. The CoolGlide technology keeps your skin safe, and the pain is reduced to a hot sensation with tingles. Your skin may be puffy for a few minutes up to a couple of hours after the procedure, but not longer than that.
